Placing an Order with Presidential Posts LLC!

1. You will need to register to create a new account below. 

2. Once you request access to the new system, please allow 2 hours for approval. You will have access to place your order once your account is approved. 

3. When your account is verified you can place an order. Please know your sign inventory will be updated in our system by the Saturday following the creation of your new account. In the meantime, if you know we have your signs in our possession, they will be installed as they always have.

4. You will not have records in this new system of prior orders, but will still have access to our old system through 2/28/2021

Your time is valuable, so we want to make ordering a post the least of your worries.

Place your order online, place your flag (see instructions below), and we will do the rest.

1. When placing your order please take into consideration the time needed to perform the utility location protocol per Washington's Dig Law. When your order is placed we will contact you to see if you would rather:

• Have our team place a White Flag on the property where we feel the sign would be best placed. (Subject to $15 Service Call Fee if in Clark County, $30 fee if in Cowlitz County and order may be delayed 1-2 days for installation) OR

• Have you or your Seller place a White Flag or White Marking on the ground where you would like your sign to be placed. 

We recommend this option as it can help save time and money. Request some flags from us and leave them with your sellers when your listing is signed.

3. When we receive notification that your white flag or white marker is in place we will call 811 on your behalf to get the Utility Locate Service complete. This can take up to 48 hours for any calls made prior to 5pm.

4. Upon receiving notification that the Utility Locate Service has been completed we will install your sign within the next 24 business hours guaranteed (weekends excluded).
